International Customer Service Representative (Import & Export Logistics)
- Need to have experience with MS Office.
- Experience in logistics desirable.
- Ideally has a clean driving license.
- Good telephone manner.
- Mon-Fri, 9-6
- 6-8 people in the whole office
- Will be reporting to the Operations Director.
- 20 days holiday Allowance (plus bank holidays).
- Company Performance Based Bonus.
- 1 stage - F2F
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Customer Service team, providing international and UK delivery services from our offices in Salfords Surrey.
Full training will be provided. You will need to be flexible and have a positive attitude in a sometimes challenging work environment, providing a top quality service to our clients.
Working within a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily tasks of logistics & customer administration are completed. Whilst interacting with Transport, Despatch & our Customers.
•Prompt and effective communications with the Customer service team.
•Clear and accurate communications in all conducts.
•PC Literate – including working ability with Excel, Outlook 2016 and Word
•Numeracy & literacy skills
•Previous experience in logistics and customer service is an advantage but not required.
•Previous experience of working with SAP is an advantage but not required.
•Self-motivation to drive results
