International Business Support

This key support role is based at a major European manufacturing company within its Northamptonshire office facility. The successful candidate will provide an interface between customers, R&D and sales department, planning and shipping.

Duties briefly include:

Co-ordination of customer orders, specifications, pricing and shipping charges.

Receiving and entering technical enquiries and liaising with account managers.

Providing admin support to the accounts and sales teams.

Creation and maintenance customer files.

Ensuring good rapport with key account personnel.

This is not an exhaustive list of duties, you would be expected to perform different tasks as required by your changing role within the organisation and business needs.
