An exciting position for a passionate sales person for a role as an International Business Development Manager within professional hair care, developing the US and South American markets.
A fast-growing international trading company specialising in the wholesale distribution of branded health and beauty products.
The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new distribution business across the US and South America. Using well-honed negotiation skills, the International Business Development Manager will negotiate the sales of a wide range of professional hair care brands, and liaise with customers to ensure the timely and successful delivery of goods.
Whilst expanding the organisations hair care market presence in this location, the International Business Development Manager will use consultative selling skills to understand the needs of new and existing customers, and to match them with supply capabilities. It will be important to work closely with the hair care buyer to feedback market information and influence buying requirements. This role will embody the full sales cycle from inception to completion, and managing relationships moving forward.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a commercial and active business development function
Ideally come from the hair and beauty industry managing retail, wholesale, or export
Be a Spanish speaker
Have a proven track record in developing key accounts
Have excellent interpersonal skills
Have a proven consultative selling technique
Be able to demonstrate strong analytical and negotiation skills
Be willing to travel internationally
International business development experience would be beneficial
Be able to work OFFICE BASED in Bristol, on a daily basis
