International Business Development/Account Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced International New Business Development/Account Manager fluent in French, German, Spanish or Italian to join a well-established business who is an independent provider of IT components. Offering a modern working environment, 9am - 5.30pm working hours Monday - Friday, £18-22k basic, £35-40k OTE.

OFFTEK is a small family run business and you will be joining a new business/account management team. The purpose of the role is to generate profitable income for the company by profiling and generating business introductions/leads through to qualified appointments through inbound and outbound telecommunications, in addition to managing our existing country-specific client base.

Communicating with existing and potential customers to drive and support the continual growth of the sales function.


- Develop a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and data cleansing, utilising our CRM system.
- Working too, achieving and exceeding set targets and KPI's, securing appointments with key decision makers
- Record and manage all customer prospects/sales leads and activity updates on the internal CRM system
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers
- Profile and generate business introductions, prospects and sales leads
- Provide regular reports to management, demonstrating daily, weekly and monthly progress of sales leads and forecasted GP
- Respond to and resolve customer queries or refer to appropriate departments
- You will be familiar with and adhere to company policies and procedures
- To support in any ad hoc project as requested and deemed necessary to support the business


- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Databases
- Fluent in one or more of the following - French, Spanish, German or Italian
- Passion for sales and work on own initiative
- Experience of outward bound calling within a B2B environment
- Experience of writing communications
- Proficient using social media especially LinkedIn
