Internal Territory Account Manager - Engineering Consumables

The Role: As an Internal Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing an account base of customers. The role will involve proactively contact existing, lapsed and new accounts with a view to supplying a broad range of industrial supplies, including premium power tools, fixings, fastenings, tooling, commercial supplies and fittings. The range includes both capital and consumable products and also incorporates a vending solution for those customers with the capacity to incorporate such a solution.

You will receive coaching, development and exceptional support from your line manager, customer services and the marketing team. Account Managers are commercially responsible for their customers and must be proficient at managing sales and margin within their customer base. Account Managers manage and develop relationships with a broad range of Engineering and Manufacturing end user customers.

The Company: Our client operates at the top end of their sector, selling premium products backed by exceptional service and market leading technical support. Following an exceptional year in 2017 they are currently recruiting to develop and grow their sales team.

The Candidate: You will ideally have phone-based sales experience. You will have made proactive calls to customers and worked to individual targets in the past.

Office Hours: 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday

The Package:

Basic Salary £20,500

Plus uncapped OTE £7K+ in year 1
