Mercury Talent are recruiting for an Internal Sales Executive within an expanding and forward thinking environmental services company.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £18k per annum and an OTE of £25k (uncapped ). Excellent benefits including 28 days holiday (incl of bank holidays) and a real potential for career progression.
The successful candidate will have inherent strengths in positive thinking, self-motivation, time management and resilience. You will be a natural rapport builder and enjoy establishing relationships with individuals across all levels of an organisation to Director level. You will enjoy working in partnership with an external field sales executive and collaborate to maximise potential within your assigned geographical territory. Previous experience in telesales or account management (B2B or B2C) is desirable but not essential. Working knowledge of updating a CRM system is beneficial but a good level of IT Literacy is essential.
Generate appointments for your external field sales executive by calling leads on existing company database
Follow up new leads given via external resources and information passed to you by your field sales executive. Information gather, establish the decision maker and plan your sales approach accordingly.
Work towards achieving call targets to achieve a target of 15 appointments per week.
Gain competitor information on pricing, performance, and market share information with sales team as appropriate
Work in partnership with your external field sales executive to plan time and resources effectively.
