Internal Telesales Executive and Account Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for somebody with previous telesales/internal sales experience. Our client are the UKs only distributor of their specialised product who tailor make solutions to meet their customers requirements. They are looking to expand their sales team with a Telesales Executive who will use various methods to generate new business and to cleanse the existing database to find potential new sales leads. You will be selling directly to your accounts over the phone and using your telesales experience to further a rapidly growing company within the construction industry.

• Generate new sales leads
• Manage your own database of clients
• Develop relationships with new and existing accounts
• Increase sales in a vibrant growing business
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Update CRM system for all accounts
• Mail merge marketing

The ideal person will be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and written, be an organised team player with ability to work under pressure, with the creative ability to hunt and find opportunities and win new business. The aim of this role is to increase sales in a vibrant growing business so you will need to be motivated, have strong negotiation skills and account management ability. You must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Outlook, and be passionate about joining a friendly family run business.
