The successful candidate will be working in a customer orientated role, dealing with customers over the phone, and providing quotes.
Candidates will ideally have some sales experience, a fantastic customer service manner and be computer literate.
The role will include;
* Answer telephone calls and deal with customer enquires
* To manage, develop and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, whether existing or prospect
* Generate + process quotes
* Follow up opportunities by making regular calls
* Liaising with customers while orders are processed
* Provide internal support and work closely with Product Managers
* Identify and cross-reference competitors items supplied to existing and prospective customers
* Attend training courses to develop product knowledge
* Receive and respond to all queries from customers in a professional manner
* General sales administration as required

* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* Previous experience of preparing and generating quotes
* Good administration skills
