A large global company based in Hitchin are looking for an Internal Service Salesperson! You’ll be organised, diligent and give great customer service.
Job Title: Internal Service Sales
Salary: £20,000 + OTE
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
What you’ll be doing…
- Follow up on contract quotations and converting orders
- Contacting customers who have cancelled their service contracts to understand their reasons and secure them back
- Generating new leads and following up leads to maximise opportunities
- Account Manage your existing client base to ensure all of your customers are happy
- Update spreadsheets on a monthly basis
- MUST have telesales experience
- Great customer service
- Computer literate
