We are recruiting for a Permanent Full Time, Internal Sales Executive within the Engineering industry. We are looking for an individual to join our client's sales team and help continue their remarkable growth. This is a great opportunity to join a small, well established business,with a friendly team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing customers' orders by fax, email and telephone
- Handling any customer queries on products
- Converting enquiries into orders
- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
- Actively seeking new business and new prospects, building relationships
- Buying and selling non stock items to fulfil client orders
- All general administrative tasks, updating internal system appropriately and accurately
You will enjoy providing a high level of customer service and ideally be able to demonstrate previous exposure within a sales environment; although this is not essential for the right person, as training will be offered. You will need to be confident using MS Word and Excel and have an excellent telephone manner.
Salary offered for this role is £18,000 p/a with a bonus scheme available once targets have been achieved. Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 8.30am - 5pm with one hour lunch.
