Internal Sales

Based in the Leeds VAS Sales Office and reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is ideal for somebody to join a global business and expand our VAS sales. We are looking for a person specifically focused on selling laser / profiling cutting services, where we offer flat bed laser processing, oxy-fuel profiling and 3D Axis long bar laser cutting on our 7 Tube lasers. We have an established Sales team where we are looking for a person to come in to take on existing accounts and expand upon our current performance.

Once you are trained in the company culture your day to day activities will involve the following:

• To ensure that all customer enquiries via phone calls and emails are professional and in line with company policies
• Quote using our 2D/3D software packages
• Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects with a view to growing business and expanding our client-base
• Identify market and sector opportunities to target business
• Process orders through our computerized SAP system
• Visit prospects and current clients with a view to growing out VAS business

The Person

This is a varied role that involves a mixture of inbound and outbound calls as well as building on already established relationships so the determination and motivation to succeed it vital, other pre-requisites that would stand you in good stead for the role include:

• Pro active sales experience from within a laser processing industry
• Excellent communication/relationship building skills verbal and written
• Ability to build a positive relationship with customers to identify their needs
• Determined and dynamic approach
