Internal Sales Support

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales professionalto join our market leading organisation.

The successful Sales Support person will focus on supporting our customer and sales teams, by providing technical assistance through to handling and maximizing all incoming and outgoing communication to understand customer needs and to utilize that knowledge to secure business and to give high quality service and experience

Key responsibilities will be:

  • Efficient handling of incoming sales and technical calls in order to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Receive and process customer enquiries on pricing, lead-time and products ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.

  • Prepare sales orders and quotations

  • Advise customers and prospects of other services available i.e. Service Packages, LEV testing,

  • Build relationships with resellers, distributors and end users.

  • Cross check sales orders to ensure accurate

  • To contact and communicate with customers in a professional and pleasant manner.

  • To use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System as a working tool for opportunity tracking and customer relationship building.

Your Profile

To be successful in this position, the candidate must be self-motivated, and a target driven individual.

The successful Sales Support person will be outgoing with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. They will be self-motivated, and have a professional telephone manner. A dynamic, energetic person with the right set of skills would suit this role perfectly.

Key Attributes

  • 2-4 years experience of working in sales support or an internal sales department.

  • Commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Experience in working to Key Performance Indicators.

  • The ideal candidate will have sales and customer service experience
