You'll be using your strong customer service and sales support experience, so you'll love talking with your client's on the phone, identifying their technical problems, handling stock queries and identifying leads. And hell, customers complain from time to time so you'll be managing that too. Goods get damaged and stuff gets delayed in transit. But because you're used to dealing with that it'll be a breeze.
