Internal Sales Support Coordinator

THE ROLE

To support the growth of the business the company are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual based in the NW London HQ coordinating the sales efforts from both the field sales team as well as internal functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Processing sales orders & new sales leads
  • Facilitating the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Providing data and reports to support the sales team
  • Liaising with customers through phone and email communications
  • Working closely and collaboratively with other functions to communicate information
  • Maintaining CRM tools, account maps and client base
  • Attend internal department meetings
  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team

REQUIREMENTS

  • A motivated and enthusiastic self-starter
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a sales support role
  • Good written and verbal English
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good administrative skills
  • Quick to learn
  • Proactiv
