Well established manufacturer based in Elland.
Your new role
*Supervise and prepare technical proposals and quotations in-line with company procedures and industry best practice
*Effectively manage contact with customers, external sales and agents to gather market intelligence so as to prioritise quotations and target competition
*Provide high quality quotations delivered to the customer requirements
*Focus on key bids for chosen key customers with input from external sales
*Communicate effectively with team members, other departments and management
*Manage the team resources to ensure the work is accurate and meets agreed deadlines
*Effective telephone contact with the customers and external sales is demonstrated by all Team Members ensuring client feedback is obtained regularly
*Managing team productivity through monitoring and coaching
Supervise, motivate and provide leadership to the team
*Support the Sales Director in all operational strategies for the department
What you'll need to succeed
*Proven track record in the valve industry across multiple markets
*Experience in a Team Leader role within a sales office environment, preferred but not essential
*IT literate with competent knowledge of Microsoft Office, namely Word, Excel and PowerPoint
