Job: Internal Sales Coordinator

Location: Glossop, Derbyshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Salary: Up to £30,000 + Quarterly Bonuses (OTE £35,000+)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Coordinator to join our clients friendly and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your own customer accounts, drive new business, and contribute to a growing company with strong values and a collaborative culture. It really is an exciting time to be joining this company, who are looking to establish their Sales team in Glossop, so now is the time to get involved!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing and nurturing your own portfolio of customer accounts
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Creating quotes and processing orders using the CRM system
  • Delivering exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Keeping accurate records and updating CRM with all sales activity
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • Collaborating with internal teams including Admin, Production, and Accounts
  • Attending team meetings and contributing to sales initiatives and projects

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Include:

  • Listening to customer needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Managing your time effectively using CRM tools and task lists
  • Following up on leads and order reminders to maintain a strong pipeline
  • Responding promptly to enquiries and providing accurate quotations
  • Negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery details with customers
  • Staying informed about market trends and customer requirements
  • Reviewing your performance and striving for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • A confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • Organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable using CRM systems
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is desirable
