JOB: Internal Sales Person

LOCATION: Dublin

STATUS: Permanent

SALARY: Excellent package - dependent upon experience

My client is looking to recruit an Internal Sales Person for their busy and thriving engineering business. This is an expanding company and they are looking for a dynamic and ambitious individual to join their team.

You will be maximising sales opportunities by way of timely and effective response to written/verbal customer enquiries for both internal and external customers.

You will be providing sales support which will include submitting quotations; processing customer orders; offering the best technical and engineering solutions; ensuring services offered are of a high standard.

Knowledge of selling/specifying these products would be beneficial, but not essential: Fixings; Bolts; Professional & Security Fasteners and associated hardware

You will be dealing with customer enquiries, orders and complaints. Maintaining existing business as well as gaining new business by proactively following potential new customer enquiries is essential.

You will accurately record all sales enquiries and respond to telephone or written communications from customers in a timely and professional manner.

You will liaise with suppliers and technical support to ensure that any quotations provided meet the client requirements.

Working as part of a team, you will deal professionally with QA and Warehouse staff as well as any other colleagues.
