KH Resourcing are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Representative for a client based in Horsforth, Leeds.
Our client is a family owned business that has been supplying time and attendance systems for over 30 years constantly developing their own unique range of products, in addition to representing market leading manufacturers from across the world, exclusively selling products under license.
The position comes with a generous salary and a Company car will be also be supplied. Full training on the range of systems and they will provide all necessary tools to be successful.
Due to continued expansion we are looking to expand the team of sales representatives. The role involves dealing with incoming calls from customers around the UK who are enquiring about the range of electronic hardware and software products.
- Generating quotations
- Following up on leads over the phone and via email
- Arranging demonstrations and installations of systems
- Taking inbound sales calls
- Providing in depth knowledge and advice of products and services on offer
- Processing orders
- Building relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure customer retention
As the role is customer facing the ideal candidate must have the following skills:
- Enthusiastic telephone manner
- Initiative to arrange own workload on a daily basis
- Previous experience of working on the phone
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Confidence dealing with MD's, CEO's and company directors
- A full UK Driving is essential!
To be successful you should be comfortable working under your own initiative and be able to manage your own time effectively.
