Your new Job
This is a new role to business - a role that you will be able to put your mark on! You will be a part of developing a sales strategy to achieve team and individual targets. Managing a team of internal sales executives, you will be responsible for coordinating sales action plans, managing and measuring sales staff performance against KPIs. You'll want the best for your team and provide feedback, support and coaching - having weekly meetings with the department to motivate and encourage them to excel.

We're looking for someone who is hands on! Overseeing Key Accounts will be part of your role along with assisting with large/complex quotations... along with a variety of other duties - this position is a varied one that will see you responsible for a multitude of tasks.

Skills you need to succeed
We're looking for someone who has managed a team and has experience of internal sales. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be a problem analyst and successful in problem solving. 

Persuasiveness, team leadership, information management, adaptability, decision making and stress tolerance come high on the list to!!!
