Internal Sales Manager- Telecoms

Location: Bury

Salary: £27,000-£32,000 - OTE £45,000-£50,000 + benefits

Are you a commercially astute and tech savvy Sales Manager looking to join a fast paced and dynamic business at the forefront of the Communications market?

Due to continued expansion the business now has on offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Manager. The successful candidate will enjoy a highly autonomous home based role with excellent progression and earning potential!

The role of a Telesales Manager is critical to the on-going success and future growth of Microcare Systems. You will be expected to lead by example, recruit like minded individuals, manage and drive the performance of the team, generating quality leads and appointments for our Business Development Executives to attend.

As a key player, you will be expected to ensure that your team are meeting performance expectations and continually look at ways to develop and improve business performance. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growth company where no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identifying, qualifying, and handling opportunities with significant revenue potential for the business
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and managing a high performing telesales team
  • Ensure the team are liaising with field sales management and BDM’s to plan diaries and appointments effectively.
  • To introduce fresh incentives to motivate and drive the team.
  • Contributing to the accelerating growth of the company
  • Working cross-functionally with all teams in order to deliver successful projects for all.


  • Ability to build, manage and drive sales performance in a targeted, entrepreneurial business.
  • A proven track record in B2B Telesales management (Telecoms Related Industry)
  • Confident and forward thinking sales approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence and liaise with all levels up to Directors.
  • Motivational and inspiring leader
