Our client is one of Greater Manchester's' privately owned Telecoms resellers, providing full function technology solutions to companies locally and across the UK.
Some of its biggest and most loyal customers rely on its office-based, Internal Sales and Account Managers to fulfil requests for product, services and other assistance of all types, on a daily basis. Your role will involve recruiting, coaching and mentoring your telesales workforce and ensure that they hold a strong relationship with the client from inception to on boarding them as customers.
We are seeking someone with good strategic and operational managerial or Team Leadership skills from a Telecoms background.

- Recruitment and training of telesales team - inbound and outbound (outbound client led enquiries)
- Management of Leads and Data
- Appointment making
- Implementing structured and regular coaching
- Managing performance
- Setting and implementing targets and KPI’s
- Conducting one to one reviews
- Liaising with clients and handling escalated issues
- Managing compliance and service levels
- Taking budget responsibility
Main skills and experience:
- Candidates must have strong and proven sales management experience within Telecoms, ideally B2B and B2C however B2C will be considered
- Experience of managing in a competitive, activity driven environment
- Possess strong coaching and leadership skills
- Be able to manage performance effectively
- An ability to lead from the front and a 'hands on’ style
Benefits will include uncapped bonus structure, company pension scheme and working hours Mon - Fri 8.30- 5pm.
Salary: £25 - 35k basic plus Commission (OTE 50k +)
