Internal Sales Manager - Fabulous career opportunity.

Location: Milton Keynes.

Basic Salary to £35,000 + £6,000 commission + 25 days holiday per year excluding Christmas - Childcare vouchers, Cycles to work scheme, Pension, Bupa, discount portal, staff holiday bookings, Car leasing scheme, annual leave purchase scheme + Incentives.

The Role

Working from very modern offices and within a great working environment, you will benefit from a structured induction, after which you will take responsibility for the coaching, development and motivation of a team six internal sales consultants.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be a key player in the development of all the company’s new business opportunities

You will work in partnership with the marketing department to create campaigns and other sources of lead generation.

You will also work closely with senior across the business to develop additional sources of income.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a successful team in an internal sales environment.

You will be a professional manager, an energetic and dynamic individual who can coach, develop and motivate telemarketing teams.

This is an opportunity to put your own style on the whole prospecting strategy.

In addition you will be player-manager who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and lead by example to inspire the team and raise standards.

Additionally you will be:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with clear evidence of success.
  • Self-motivated and organised.
  • PC literate.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
