• Positive with a friendly "can do" attitude. • A good listener who is keen to learn, develop new skills and "get on" in the business.
QUALIFICATIONS • At least 3- 5 years’ sales experience in electrical wholesale or Lighting
• Good grade GCSE’s in Maths, English and IT, or equivalents. NVQ qualifications advantageous
• Excellent telephone manner • Commercial awareness
• Negotiation and persuasion
• Organisation (prioritise work efficiently and productively and manage your time well) • Problem solving

• Handling enquiries
• Customer terms
• Purchase orders
• Proactive selling
• Cancelling picking notes and sales registers
• Credit notes
• Use of computer system including o quotations, enquiries, picking notes, back orders
• Trade Counter cover
