INTERNAL SALES / LEAD GENERATION / TELEMARKETER- PACKAGING / CARTONS

CIRCA £25K + uncapped commission & benefits (Can be more depending on experience )

Our client currently requires an Internal Sales person to generate new business for this exciting new and innovative service that we offer to both new and existing clients, making this an excellent opportunity for the right person to join a forward-thinking organisation, where you will have access to the latest technologies in the industry. They are looking for someone who also has an understanding of social media.

Job Description for the Internal Sales / Lead Generator / Telemarketer

  • Gain new business over the phone for predominantly digital but also litho printed cartons
  • Cold calling Small and Medium size businesses across the UK to sell this additional product and service
  • Upselling to existing litho customers to promote awareness of the digital services we can offer which can complement and enhance their current business
  • Making appointments for the External Sales team to visit and follow up on 'Hot Potentials'
  • Handling enquiries received and passing across to the relevant 'Customer Service' or 'Commercial' departments
  • Following up on quotations submitted to win the orders or gain crucial feedback
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales

The ideal lead generator / internal sales candidate should have:

  • Self-motivated
  • Happy to work from the office in Milton Keynes
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent rapport building and relationship building skills
  • Takes pride in their work and in them self
  • Happy to take direction and to follow an initial script if required
  • Driven and motivated to succeed and work to targets
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Some knowledge of printed folding cartons is preferable
  • Understanding of social media This role requires excellent organisational and planning skills, balancing priorities and consistently delivering activities inside deadlines. Communication skills and attention to detail are essential to fulfil the needs of the business and customer requirements. The correct person will form an integral link between the customer and external sales team, to promote and grow the current digital and litho turnover.Please note; we will not pass on any of your details without prior consent!
