Internal Sales Executives

Advancing People - Recruitment Specialists are working with an established and successful client based in Furzton, Milton Keynes. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for additional Desk Sales Executives to join their vibrant, high performing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity - one not to be missed!

The role of the Desk Sales Executive is to sell to the B2B market over the telephone, to existing and potential clients using a smart selling approach. This role is working within a highly competitive market, they are however one of the leading supplier's within their sector and one of the UK's leading brands.

Main Responsibilities

  • Achieve planned sales objectives by pro-actively selling via outbound telephone calls
  • Making outbound calls per day to new and existing customers
  • Updating records on their internal sales system
  • Compiling weekly sales report
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI's

Experience & Skills

  • Proven proactive sales experience
  • Be able to demonstrate experience of working to and exceeding business targets
  • Inbound/Outbound calling experience
  • Must be energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.

In return they are offering a basic salary from £20,000 to £22,000 plus an uncapped commission structure, on target earnings are in the region of £29,000. Their top performers are earning in excess of £45,000 per annum.

Working office hours Monday - Friday with 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays.
