Due to growth and expansion, our client based in Ely are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Internal Sales Executive. You will have proven sales experiences with the ability to work towards targets and KPIs.

Start: ASAP
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + up to 25% of your salary bonus
Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm and Friday 8:30am - 4pm
Benefits: 21 days holiday + 8 bank holidays which increases over longer period of service, day off for birthday, cycle to work, annual bonus scheme, training budget

Candidates need to proven experience within an Internal Sales position where targets have been met and exceeded. You will have the ability to grow sales and generate new business by making outbound calls and following them up to maintain relationships.

Duties:
  • Pair up with a Sales Representative to build relationships and close deals
  • Maintain and grow the database of new prospects within the designated area
  • Make outbound calls to new prospects and complete follow up calls to new sales opportunities
  • Understand customer’s needs and requirements
  • Qualify new opportunities to pass onto the appropriate sales rep for further development and closure
  • Identify key accounts and generate interest
  • Booking out and arranging delivery of marketing material
  • Prepare bespoke quotes to customers
  • Update online stockiest list
  • Complete Returns application forms
  • Handle any complaints in a professional and appropriate manner
  • Update CRM system with customer information
Skills and Experience:
  • MUST have proven internal Sales experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbally and written
  • Target driven and self motivated
  • Track record of exceeding KPI targets
  • Ability to build and maintain working relationships
  • Professional and polite telephone manner
  • Excellent PC skills; High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems
  • Ability to multi task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
