Internal Sales Executive:

Recruitment Pursuits Commercial are working closely with an expanding company based in Cannock who work within the business services sector, the company have a dynamic and passionate sales force already in place and are looking for an additional team member to start on their first rung of this exciting career ladder in their new business department. The openings are due to company success and internal promotion and the company have a fantastic attrition rate due their unique working environment.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and able to work as part of our small but growing corporate sales team.

The role itself is to assist the team in finding and bringing in new business. You will be required to make outbound calls to our database of prospective clients, follow leads, and make new introductions.

This role will require you to be able to work under pressure, meet set targets and work in a sales driven environment.

We are looking for:

A hunter, someone who has the ability to talk to anyone and engage with new business opportunities.

Someone with attention to detail, able to use Microsoft packages and a CRM database A relationship builder, once you have made initial contact able to build a rapport and transition from prospect to customer

A win, win attitude, wants to exceed targets and win competitions An ambitious and money driven candidate

You will have some experience within a sales based role, but you will be given fantastic training and support from the Senior Management team and your colleagues to build up on your existing skills

Hours of work 9am -17:30

Salary 18k basic plus commission, first years OTE 23/25k, 30k realistic OTE thereafter.
