Salary: £18K-23K basic + OTEs

Based in the North West, working within a great culture and incredible training structure, this extremely profitable blue chip organisation will enable the right candidate to progress within a thriving telesales team and new business acquisition involved in leading IT software/hardware selling.
This is your opportunity to get your teeth into a new challenge as an internal sales executive and build relationships with some great clients in the industry, as well as an incredible commission structure which gives you the chance to become top salesperson.
- Working as part of a thriving sales team dealing with clients and selling into large blue chip corporate organisations
- Being part of a fast paced exciting team who are sales and target driven and strive to be the best
- Building relations with big name clients in the IT industry and using your selling technique to achieve new business targets and create revenue through KPI driven motivators to nurture relations for organic growth
- Opening and closing premium sales pitches to blue chip clients and giving them a high end sales experience
* 1-2 YEARS solid B2B sales experience in legal/IT/Oil & Gas/Software Industries as a telesales executive/internal sales person
* Good interpersonal skills
* Experience in a sales driven target environment, with the hunger to reach high expectations of yourself
* Motivated to excel and succeed
* Ability to communicate at ALL levels
* Understand and implement B2B sales propositions
* Must be target Driven
* Degree / higher education
* Full in depth training from day 1
* holidays + pension
* Excellent commission structure
* Incentive (weekend breaks, trips out)
