My client, a leading organisation within their industry is currently seeking a Internal Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent contract. They have a strong team ethic and are looking for somebody to share their passion in driving the business forward.

Job Description
The offices are based in Ledbury which is commutable from Malvern, Hereford, Worcester and the surrounding areas. Due to our client's continued success and rapid expansion they currently have a new role with their healthcare sales team. This role comprises of two main parts. Firstly, working with existing customers to maintain and build relationships and secondly, to identify and win new customers. Working on your own and as part of a team your key objective will be to grow sales within an allocated area against set revenue targets.

Main Duties:
• Managing customer relationships by keeping them updated on new products wand their promotions, helping them with any queries they may have and making sure we are exceeding their expectations with our products and service
• Finding, nurturing and winning new customers within an allocated territory to create a sales pipeline.
• Make appropriate outbound contact (phone/email/social) to communicate with customer
• Taking and managing incoming calls and directing them to the relevant staff member when required
• Updating sales records fully on a variety of interfaces to fully evidence the work carried out.
• Collecting competitor and market information and updating sales databases correctly to enable reporting
• Producing and utilising sales reports to manage own performance against key targets and metrics
• Provide reports to support the sales managers on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Any other duties required to support the sales team.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year within an office based sales role with evidence of meeting / exceeding sales targets
• Experience of working in a customer focused environment
• Solid understanding of managing a sales pipeline, including ability to self-create and close from cold
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and negotiation skills
• Delivers high standards of performance
• Proven success in contributing within a team environment
• Computer literate – Word, Outlook, Excel and experience of using sales databases

What's on Offer?

• £17,500 -£19,500 per annum
• Hours of Work, Monday to Thursday 08:30am – 5:00pm & Friday 08:30am – 4:30pm
