A successful and well established manufacturer of cutting edge office furniture solutions is currently looking to recruit a confident and ambitious Telesales Exec at their Oxfordshire HQ. The Role
You would be tasked with closing sales and winning new business through intelligent and tenacious phone activity, playing a key role in the company's ambitious growth plans. Working to realistic activity and revenue KPIs you would be expected to actively promote and sell the company's product range, generating your own leads, establishing a rapport with prospective clients and closing business.

The Candidate
This is a role for individuals not afraid to pick up the phone and sell, able to demonstrate resilience and the desire to generate business and close sales. You will come from an outbound telesales / customer service background and possess a confident telephone manner and have experience working in a fast paced environment where you have worked towards KPI's.

You will be a confident and tenacious individual, with a proven track record of closing sales, plus excellent influencing and negotiating skills. You will be a problem solver, able to find answers and solutions to commercial questions and challenges and articulate them effectively.
