Job Role: Internal Sales Executive (Telesales, Inbound Sales)
My client is a global market leading Health, Hair and Beauty Group who owns numerous luxury and high end brands. With a multimillion pound turnover with low staff attrition rate, they have a fantastic reputation in the market. They are looking to add a target driven inbound sales executive to their team in Bournemouth.
This is a highly customer focused role, being responsible for developing sales opportunities via outbound activity to increase the customer base and ensure all targets are achieved, whilst also dealing with incoming enquiries from existing and new customers to provide a full product and service solution.
As an Internal Sales Executive your role will include:
- Answering inbound calls from new and existing clients
- Answering any queries the clients may have
- Upselling where possible
- Book appointments for Area Sales Managers
- Cold calling lapsed accounts during quiet periods
You will need a solid background in telesales with a track record of identifiable success within a sales target driven role. Beauty industry experience is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided.
Package - £20k - £25k plus the opportunity to earn commission and a highly competitive benefits package!
