Our client, a highly successful and expanding company, is seeking a motivated, results-driven and proactive Internal Sales Executive to support their rapid growth.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, your duties will include developing and maintaining new and existing relationships with customers, preparing quotes, proactively managing customer orders from receipt to completion whilst delivering exceptional customer service, developing direct sales with customers and agents in sales and achieving KPI’s.
In addition, you will communicate with customers by telephone, emails, letter and face to face meetings whilst keeping accurate logs of any correspondence and will work closely with the sales team to maximise the accounts and gain knowledge of order patterns to generate sales forecasts.
Confident, organised and enthusiastic, the successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills, be IT literate, with a drive for success and exceeding targets.
A good academic qualification and an understanding of CRM software would be an advantage, previous experience in a technology or energy sales role would also be advantageous, however full product training will be provided.
