As part of a small, dedicated and busy team, you'll be involved in the following responsibilities:
*build good working relationships with customers, managers and colleagues.
*understand the needs of your customer
*research the relevant market and similar products
*get to know the Company's product range and attend regular training
*Answer incoming calls and call customers to maximise orders
*responding quickly to incoming emails and telephone requests
*negotiate the terms of an agreement to fulfil an order
*follow through the order process to ensure all the customer needs are met
*producing accurate product quotations
*to record details on the CRM system.
You must be able to demonstrate previous customer service and sales experience, as well as:
*strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
*excellent customer service skills
*a positive aptitude for learning and succeeding
*ability to manage your time effectively
*attention to detail
*be a supportive team player
