Internal Sales Executive

We here at Witton Recruitment are working with a market leader in their division looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a team experiencing exciting growth and success working within a close-knit team all looking to provide high levels of customer and client satisfaction. This role, for the right candidate this candidate has the potential to grow being based in their HQ.

You’ll be required to develop customer relationships in order to achieve volume and sales revenue targets by managing projects/contracts, increasing brand awareness and providing necessary external sales support.

This Internal Sales Executive role will include:

• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout with Customers and End Users

• Manage Customer bulk order call offs and provide written order acknowledgements for new Customer Contracts/Orders

• Endeavour to handle more complex issues in a timely manner

• Ensure costs are recovered where applicable

• Seek and establish market knowledge, including competitive prices, competitor activity, customer activity and action in line with commercial policy

• Working closely with the External Sales Team to achieve area profit/volume/sales targets

• Monitor Customer Order intake and produce management information linked with trends and patterns and communicate to appropriate persons

• Ensuring consistent volumes throughout the course of a week/month and identifying sensitivities at an early stage, communicating with the pricing team

The ideal candidate for this Internal Sales Executive role will include:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to converse with all levels both internally and externally

• Confident and organised individual

• Previous experience within a relevant background

• Time management
