Internal Sales Executive - Chester

Internal Sales Executive required for leading Logistics & Freight Forwarder based in Chester

Internal Sales Executive MUST have worked for a Freight Forwarder or Courier company in an internal sales, customer service or operational role.

Experience in a telephone communications role is ESSENTIAL for this position

Package :

20K - 22K + bonus
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
Pension

Hours : Business hours - Monday to Friday

Account Management
Account management of existing accounts.
Maintain client profiles ensuring they are up to date.
Grow existing relationships and acquire horizontal lead generation

New Business Generation
Identification, development and sharing of new business to meet sales targets.
Actively participate in sales meetings, trade shows, seminars, training and events.
Contact key decision makers to meet company objectives
Preparation and presentation of proposals, rates.
Contact key decision makers to meet company objectives

Administration
Plan daily, monthly forecasts to hit sales targets and KPI S
Analyse and monitor office sales data for trends of up traders / down traders
Keep abreast of carrier information and competitors
Recording of data through the use of CRM, completion of daily and weekly reports and customer profiling.
