Exciting opportunity for a customer service or sales professional to join a successful household name estate and lettings agency based in Central Reading. The successful Sales Executive will be joining the UK’s leading provider of guaranteed rental income and have an expanding network of over 85 offices offering services to over 15,000 landlords nationwide. They are passionate about offering an exceptionally high standard of customer service and peace of mind to our landlords and vendors.
TO BE CONSIDERED?
To join as a sales negotiator you will have a background working in a professional customer service related role. We are not looking for people within the industry as our client does things very differently, and are open to hearing from people from all backgrounds as long as you have a proven track record of success and progression. Particularly relevant industries include insurance, finance, pensions and property. You will be confident getting on the phone and able to be an active listener, making people feel valued and building rapport.
You will be reliable, honest, organised and well presented. Self-motivated and passionate about property.
You will be based in West Reading, Thatcham, Theale, Calcot, Southcote or Tilehurst and have a driving licence. You will ideally have the use of your own car, but will have access to a pool car for appointments.
THE ROLE - Account Manager
You will be primarily responsible for providing the highest standard of service to all clients and ensuring their positive perception of the company.
Specifically, you will be involved in canvassing the local area to develop leads, developing new business opportunities, attending market appraisals, following up on past and present enquires, preparing and presenting formal proposals to clients and proactively following up on formal proposals through to the acceptance of contracts. You will also have secondary responsibilities around social media marketing campaigns and carrying out administration.
