We sell our range of branded products to a network of distributors throughout the U.K and need help in making regular contact with them to maintain and increase sales.
You will be mainly contacting existing clients, but will be expected to build up new clients from leads passed from the marketing department.
Product training will be given.
- Achieve planned sales objectives by pro-actively selling via outbound telephone calls
- Increasing sales in a defined territory
- Closing orders
- Making outbound calls every day to new and existing clients
- Maintaining the CRM system
- Raising quotes and following them up
- Upselling and cross selling to existing clients
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's
- Promotion of offers while working on monthly campaigns
Experience & Skills
- Proven proactive B2B sales experience
- A positive thinker with a can-do attitude
- Be able to demonstrate experience of working to and exceeding business targets
- Inbound/Outbound calling experience
- Energetic and driven with excellent communication skills including active listening skills and the ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.
- Self-motivated and with the ability to work to your own initiative
- Be a team player
- Have a flexible attitude and approach to new and changing sales methods.
Basic salary £20,000 with an uncapped commission structure related to performance, plus a team bonus when overall company targets are met.
An expected commission for the first year would be circa £10k
Working hours 8.30 A.M to 5.00 P.M
Monday - Friday with 20 days holidays plus Bank Holidays
