TDM are an award-winning IT training provider looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the business to support their continued growth. Primordially focussing in the apprenticeship sector. TDM work with a wide variety of technology business support the development of the new and existing team members. Delivering training throughout the whole spectrum of IT, TDM have always focussed on being at the forefront of technology and the training to go alongside it.

The successful application will be expected to deliver excellent results in several areas including but not limited to:

  • Leads Generation
  • Cold Calling
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Requesting and Following Up Referrals from Existing Clients & Contacts
  • Sales & CRM Administration
  • Sales & Marketing Strategy Evaluation
  • Delivery Programme Impacts Appraisal
  • Observation and Feedback of Peers

Your main job role will involve:

  • Engaging with businesses to identify & source training opportunities
  • Engaging with businesses to identify & source Apprenticeship vacancies
  • Arranging interviews for short-listed candidates with employers
  • Completing all relevant documentation with employers & apprentices on the appointment of a candidate
  • Ongoing support and advice for both employers and apprentices
  • Attending meetings, career events and conferences
  • Managing and updating records on the company's CRM system
  • Working on different campaigns promoting TDM's range of services
  • Reporting activities and results using company systems
  • Meeting set targets, goals and KPIs.
  • Attending and contributing to team/company meetings as requested.

Offering a salary of between £20,000 and 25,000 plus an unrivalled bonus scheme this role is based in Worcester City Centre and is commuteable from Hereford, Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Droitwich, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Malver, Evesham, Stourport and Solihull
