Our client is a world class British manufacturer of specialist bespoke equestrian sporting goods and accessories and luxury lifestyle products, these are both own brand and white label and sold through a variety of channels in over 30 countries.
They are currently seeking a Telesales Assistant to provide front line telephone and administrative support to customers as part of their Sales team based at their head office in Walsall (WS2).
Duties will include -
Receiving, inputting and processing customer orders.
Complete relevant paperwork for all deliveries.
Dealing with any returns and ensuring customer is advised when their items will be returned to them.
Candidates will have experience within telesales or customer services, be used to working to targets, educated to at least GCSE English / Mathematics and have an excellent telephone manner.
An interest in horses would be a real bonus !!
Salary levels are around £20 - £22,000
