You will be joining a large and successful electrical wholesale branch who are recruiting for a customer focussed professional with either previous electrical wholesale experience or strong internal sales within a similar trade counter sales environment.
You will act as a liaison between our external sales staff, our customers and the internal operations in order to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
Handling enquiries both on the trade counter and phone
Advising on product lines.
Preparing customer quotations
Updating customer terms
Progressing orders - promoting special deals
Proactive upselling on trade counter
Placing orders with suppliers
chasing purchase orders
Cancelling picking notes and sales registers
raising and chasing credit notes/debit notes
Use of computer system including
o quotations, enquiries, picking notes, back orders
Ad hoc duties as required
Strong communication skills (written and oral)
Computer literate (inc Microsoft Office)
Coping with pressures and setbacks

Should be punctual, well presented and like to operate in a clean and tidy manner.
