Internal Sales / Customer Services Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Internal Sales / Customer Services role on behalf of a specialist Manufacturer of Custom Made Packaging based in Rickmansworth.

Our client was established in 1994 and currently occupies a 13,000 sq ft manufacturing facility located just 10 minutes from the M25 and M40 motorways.


Duties:

• Setting up and managing customer accounts
• Customer service - normal duties for customer service.
• Leasing with customers on the phone
• Processing orders for retailers and wholesalers
• Invoicing
• Dealing with product pricing & enquiries
• Assisting the buyer



The right applicant needs to be:

• Enthusiastic

• Have a confident telephone manner
• Organized
• Flexible
• A team player
• Have high level Excel skills (essential)

• Good maths and English skills
• Able to work on own initiative.
• Able to understand the business and have the ability to operate within all areas

Hours:
8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday
