As a market leading company in the industrial door sector, NVM are looking to add to their internal sales team based in Nelson.
The candidate must have a confident personality and excellent communication skills via various mediums. Good time management is essential and Sage experience would be preferable, although training will be given to the right candidate.
Communicating with existing customers on a regular basis, building relationships with them and maximising sales.
Manage orders from receipt to completion and any necessary aftercare.
Liaising closely with the rest of the sales team, warehouse and credit control to ensure that orders are despatched in a timely manner.
Analysing previous and current sales and acting on this information.
Developing new customers using an in-house database and self-generated leads from the internet.
Prepare quotations and follow up.
Answering the telephone and general admin duties.
There may be opportunities to visit customers using a company vehicle so a full, clean driving licence would be ideal.
Working hours are 08:45 - 17:00 Monday to Friday.
