Internal Sales - Customer Adviser

Based in Wilmslow / Handforth - Sk9 - £16k basic OTE £25k

Reporting to the Account Manager, your responsibilities will include daily contact with regular car dealerships & customers.....

Speaking to regular car dealerships.....Building relationships / inform of special offers / Generating sales to Dealers, negotiating sales prices where appropriate.
Work proactively to achieve monthly unit and volume targets.
Work to increase the vendor and purchaser customer base, in line with targets
Utilise the company’s IMS system to manage and generate sales.
Arrange delivery of sold vehicles, as and when required. Liaise with suppliers to ensure the most cost effective logistics.
Maintain a close working relationship with fellow team members to ensure good communication and proactive marketing is achieved.
Where appropriate, negotiate with customers in instances where arbitration is required to resolve vehicle disputes, with a view to maintaining both vendor’s and purchaser’s confidence in the company at all times.

This is a lively office working as a support to Sales reps who are office based, selling cars
