Internal Sales Coordinator

Acorn are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a fantastic company in the Newquay area.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*You will be working closely with customers and account managers, providing sales support
*Assistance with the completion of new account paperwork, quotes and product specification sheets
*Preparation of sales and account data for the account managers
*Sales administration as and when required
*Sales ledger and sales order processing for nominated accounts
*Coordinating with all departments to ensure timely shipping of orders, bridging the gap between separate sites and departments
*Regular reviews of outstanding orders
*Point of contact in account managers' absence
*Attending customer meetings as requested by account managers
*Assisting in trade shows
*Organising marketing materials and samples as requested by customers
*Reporting in to the Global Sales Operations Manager

Key requirements:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French (will ideally include 1 other European language as well)
*Extremely IT literate
*Outstanding attention to detail
*Interrogative/ questioning/ proactive work style
*Empathy towards other people and cultures
*Excellent problem solving skills
*High degree of common sense
*Personally organised individual
