Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
Start Date: January 2018
Working Hours: Full time Monday - Friday
What will my new role involve?
- Handling incoming calls
- Building customer relationships
- Following up on customer enquiries
- Providing quotations and follow-ups
- Sales order processing on Navision
- All aspects of sales administration
- Customer liaison
- Liaising with accounts, stores, purchasing and other internal departments
- Calling customers to advise of stock availability or special offers
- Warm calling
What skills/experience will make me successful in this role?
You will have a positive, motivated and energetic personality with passion to learn new skills and progress with a fantastic company. You will be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner and provide first rate customer service. Experience working within a sales department is a bonus, however not essential as long as you have the desire to learn.
