An opportunity has arisen for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join a forward thinking and successful company based in Northampton on a permanent basis.  Founded over 27 years ago, your new employer are expert leaders within manufacturing and installation and you will be joining their vibrant and friendly sales administration team.

Job Title: Internal Sales Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum
Location: Northampton 
Start Date: January 2018
Working Hours: Full time Monday - Friday  

What will my new role involve?
- Handling incoming calls
- Building customer relationships
- Following up on customer enquiries
- Providing quotations and follow-ups
- Sales order processing on Navision
- All aspects of sales administration
- Customer liaison
- Liaising with accounts, stores, purchasing and other internal departments
- Calling customers to advise of stock availability or special offers
- Warm calling

What skills/experience will make me successful in this role?

You will have a positive, motivated and energetic personality with passion to learn new skills and progress with a fantastic company. You will be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner and provide first rate customer service.  Experience working within a sales department is a bonus, however not essential as long as you have the desire to learn.
