Internal Sales Coordinator

Salary: £17,000 - £18,000 approx

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 37.5 hours

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual whom is looking to join a company that are continually developing and remaining at the forefront of their industry.

Reporting into the Branch Manager, the role of Internal Sales Representative will be an extremely varied and diverse role. You will be based within an office, trade counter and warehouse environment and must enjoy face to face communication with customers. Day to day responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound sales calls and customer enquiries, assist all customers, identify their needs and provide knowledgeable assistance to help customers select the correct products to service their needs.

Serving customers on the Trade Counter

Promoting new products in order to seek opportunities to make add-on sales and increase revenue.

Consult on, accept phone orders, and verify all order information for accuracy (including customer information, payment method etc) in order to ensure prompt delivery for complete customer satisfaction

Communicating with customers queries and communication via email, telephone and face to face.

Researching and resolve customer issues as needed or forward difficult queries on to appropriate Company personnel.

Enter sales orders and purchase orders into the system, checks order statuses to assist customers queries.

Check stock into warehouse and system, arrange stock replenishment as required and order pick stock ready for despatch and distribution.

General administrative duties.

Manage delivery service (picking & packaging orders for carrier delivery, input details into the online portal, print labels)

Occasionally may need to deliver urgent orders to customer's / collect purchase orders using company vehicle



Competent in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in a similar internal sales role


Driving License
