Internal Sales Coordinator (electrical products) - to £25K p.a. + commission

In this role you will provide excellent customer service by proactively managing all stages of each enquiry through to order fulfilment and after-sales support. An electrical qualification or electrical product knowledge is essential and working hours are 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing an excellent level of customer service

  • Retaining the existing client base and maximising revenue and profit from Key Accounts

  • Acquiring new customer accounts to develop

  • Prioritising, preparing, sending and following up on all quotations

  • Updating and maintaining CRM system

  • Processing customer orders, payments, returns, credit and advice notes

  • Liaising with suppliers and updating delivery times etc.

  • Working closely with the Purchasing, Accounts and Warehouse teams

  • Answering technical support requests and re-directing to the relevant specialists

    Essential Skills/ Experience:

  • Electrical qualifications or electrical product knowledge is essential for this role

  • Office-based customer service experience is essential

  • Ability to retain product information and handle customer enquiries effectively

  • Ability to maximise sales and develop strong client relationships

  • Good MS Office and CRM skills

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Organised with the ability to manage a busy workload

  • Accurate with a good attention to detail

  • Good communication skills at all levels
