Internal Sales Consultant

Basic up to £25,000 DOE, Year 1 OTE circa £30,000, Year 2 OTE £40,000

Working for a very successful company and an exceptional Sales Manager, we are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales / Internal Sales Consultant for a role based in their offices in Hamilton. In this progressive role you would learn all about the product and industry by starting off initially focussing on identification and prospecting of potential new opportunities, and then progressing to full-cycle sales responsibility yourself once your industry and knowledge levels increase.

Although this is a role that heavily involves working with supplied data and leads, applicants must also be commercially aware and be able to identify and source other possible new opportunities as well. As you progress and achieve, you will also start to handle very warm inbound, website and marketing campaign enquires that come in.

Applicants should be looking for a challenging but very rewarding telesales opportunity with a continually growing business who are genuinely one of the leading players within their sector. Needed for this role is someone who is used to making a high volume of sales calls, is successful at speaking with senior executives within a target business and a person who has fantastic rapport building and relationship building skills.

The starting basic salary is between £20,000 - £25,000 depending on current skills and experience, with a first-year OTE of £30,000 and a second-year OTE of £35,000 - £40,000. Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Thursday with a 3pm finish on a Friday, providing a working week of just 35 hours.
