Internal Sales Consultant
RSFL East Anglia Division, are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s premier importing and distribution businesses in their field.
The company are expanding rapidly due to their continued successful growth strategy and with this are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales executive to join their sales team.
Working in a B2B environment the role involves phoning a variety of customers based within the construction industry, following up quotations and generating leads for our external sales team. A key aspect of the role involves updating our internal database and CRM system so I.T literacy is important, however full training will be provided.
Your main duties will include:
Contacting prospect, lapsed and existing customers
Following up quotations
Updating our internal database (CRM)
Generating New Leads
Liaising with both internal and external colleagues.
Sales order processing
Driving sales in key areas
Excellent telephone manner
Organised with an eye for detail
Confident and comfortable multi-tasking
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
The ideal candidate will have experience in a telesales or office environment and be confident using the telephone. Experience using a CRM system or similar would be a distinct advantage.
