Temp to Perm
£21k Basic with quarterly bonus scheme.
Monday to Friday. 08.00am till 17.00pm with an hour lunch.
I am recruiting on behalf of my client who are based in the Cradley Heath area.
My client is looking to recruit 2 x Internal Sales Administrators to join there growing business on a temp to perm basis.
* Answering inbound calls from clients and taking orders.
* Quoting customers for stock that they have ordered or want to order.
* Working out cost and quoting for different stock.
* Arranging stock to be modified for customer requirements by outsourcing.
* Chasing orders from outsourcing companies.
* Setting up codes, jobs, special parts for bespoke orders.
* Set up picking tickets.
* Progressing orders in arranged agreement times for the client.
* Working with Excel formulas.
* All other duties as required.
The Successful Candidate
* Will have previous experience in a similar role.
* Be computer literate and able to use Excel to an intermediate level.
* Be able to build strong working relationships and maintain them.
* Be confident to work out costings and quotes so a good level of Maths would be advantageous.
* Able to retain information and work on own initiative and well as work as a team.
* Able to be personable and professional at all times.
* Have excellent attention to detail.
